Feedback

Your university or college is committed to The Code and wants to hear your feedback to help continue to raise the standards of student accommodation.

If you do have a problem with your accommodation, there is a clear process laid out by The Code to help put things right.

1
Accommodation Office

Raise the issue with the accommodation team directly.

2
Institution internal procedure

If you're unable to resolve this with the accommodation team, you can raise the issue formally through the internal complaints procedure of your university or college. (Your Students’ Union can offer further advice if you're unsure about how to make a complaint).

3
Independent body

If you've completed the internal complaints procedure, i.e. you have a Completion of Procedures letter, but you’re not satisfied with the outcome then you can get in touch with the OIA. This is an independent body set up to review student complaints.
